Education Attaché Profile

Aisyah Endah PalupiAisyah Endah Palupi, Education and Culture Attaché at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesian in Singapore, is one of Professor at Universitas Negeri Surabaya and currently on leave due to her assignment in Singapore. Previously, she was Education and Culture Attaché for the Philippines from 2014-2015.

Her vision is work hard with soft diplomacy and providing service excellence in educational administration in a transparent and accountable to make a better education in the future. Her mission is to develop bilateral cooperation in the field of education and vocational between Indonesia and Singapore.

Her hard work in education especially Chemical Engineering awarded her as the best professor in 2010 from Universitas Negeri Surabaya, her journal “Ultrafiltration of humic acid solutions through unmodified and surface functionalized low-fouling polyethersulfone membranes – Effects of feed properties, pore size and membrane chemistry on fouling behavior and cleanability” can be read on Separation and Purification Technology, Elsevier Journal, Vol. 81, 124-133, 22 September, 2011.
